📋 Description

• Engage in proactive prospecting to acquire new B2B clients.

• Reach out to potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and various other channels.

• Manage the initial outreach to leads generated from campaigns, referrals, and sales efforts.

• Discover business opportunities within the market.

• Gain insight into the potential client’s situation, organizational framework, and requirements.

• Evaluate leads based on the company's ideal customer profile.

• Identify needs concerning connectivity, internet services, network infrastructure, IT support, and other technological solutions.

• Deliver a preliminary overview of the company’s products and service offerings.

• Determine the individual responsible for or the decision-maker in the purchasing process for services.

• Follow up with contacts who may not be ready to make a purchase yet.

• Address objections during the initial outreach effectively.

• Arrange sales meetings for Sales Executives/Consultants.

• Document all customer interactions and details in the CRM system.

• Maintain an updated presales pipeline.

• Re-engage with older leads and opportunities that have not progressed previously.

• Assist with prospecting campaigns and sales initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams.

• Provide insights on the quality of incoming leads.

• Achieve individual goals related to prospecting, outreach, opportunities, and qualified meetings.
