This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct research on target companies, industries, contacts, and event attendees to pinpoint potential clients and sales opportunities.
• Perform outbound prospecting through various channels, including email, phone, LinkedIn, and other approved methods.
• Engage with both inbound and outbound leads to understand their needs, evaluate fit, and qualify opportunities.
• Articulate Rep Data’s value proposition, capabilities, and unique differentiators effectively.
• Generate qualified introductory meetings for Account Executives.
• Take ownership of follow-up after introductory meetings and sustain prospect engagement.
• Ensure meetings take place and coordinate with the appropriate Account Executive.
• Conduct effective handoffs that include prospect background, needs, interests, and outreach history.
• Build and manage an organized prospect pipeline.
• Maintain precise records of prospecting, contact, meetings, qualifications, and outcomes within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on priority accounts, targeted contacts, and outbound strategies.
• Work alongside Marketing on warm leads, campaigns, events, messaging, and nurturing initiatives.
• Provide prospect feedback and market insights to Sales, Marketing, and internal teams.
• Assist with prospecting for conferences and events.
• Generate and qualify opportunities through introductory meetings and ensure effective handoffs.
• Achieve success metrics related to qualification quality, handoff success, meeting completion rates, activity levels, engagement, response, and conversion indicators.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales development, inside sales, business development, lead generation, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience in Market Research & SaaS is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven experience with outbound prospecting and lead qualification through phone, email, and social outreach.
• Strong research abilities to identify target accounts, decision-makers, and emerging sales opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong discovery and qualification skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales prospecting tools; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Capability to manage a large volume of prospects while ensuring accurate CRM records.
• Goal-oriented and driven by measurable results.
• Persistent and resilient when faced with rejection and capable of adapting outreach strategies accordingly.
• Collaborative, coachable, adaptable, proactive, and professional.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Gong, or Claude is favorable.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
