This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls on a daily basis as the main method for prospecting.
• Leverage AI and reliable data sources to research target accounts, recognize business signals, and tailor outreach efforts.
• Utilize AI to streamline outbound workflows, including account selection, prioritization of contacts, development of messaging, planning of sequences, and follow-up activities.
• Assess and enhance AI-generated research and messaging to ensure accuracy, relevance, brand voice, and a natural human tone.
• Schedule qualified meetings with senior and director-level contacts.
• Implement coordinated outreach strategies across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Organize and maintain a well-structured prospect list for ongoing outbound campaigns.
• Qualify inbound leads generated from marketing efforts, events, and campaigns.
• Experiment with prompts, messaging strategies, and workflows, utilizing performance data to refine outbound activities.
• Accurately log activities, lead information, and next steps in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on messaging, ideal customer profile (ICP), and campaign priorities.
• Understand and confidently communicate the Procedureflow value proposition.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales position.
• Proficient in utilizing AI as a daily sales tool; capable of providing clear instructions, critically assessing output, and enhancing results.
• Recognizes that AI should enhance thoughtful prospecting rather than generate generic, high-volume outreach.
• Comfortable making cold calls on a daily basis.
• Able to engage with senior executives and director- and VP-level decision-makers.
• Highly organized, disciplined, and able to handle a large volume of activities.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or a similar platform.
• Strong communication skills; able to craft concise and relevant emails and LinkedIn messages.
• Thrives in a dynamic environment and is accountable for meeting targets.
• Background in selling to or prospecting within healthcare, government, utilities, or financial services sectors.
• Familiarity with outbound sequencing tools such as Salesloft or Outreach.
• Understanding of AI, knowledge management, or contact center technologies.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Practical experience in utilizing AI for account research, list prioritization, message personalization, sequence planning, or reply analysis.
• Proven track record of enhancing or documenting AI-assisted outbound workflows for a sales team.
• Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada with a valid Canadian work permit.
• A reliable internet connection and a safe, ergonomic home office setup are required.
• A degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an asset; equivalent practical experience is equally recognized.
