📋 Description

• Engage with, cultivate, and convert prospects into viable sales opportunities.

• Smoothly transition qualified prospects to the relevant Business Development Manager.

• Collaborate with regional teams to identify dealerships with the highest potential for sales conversion.

• Create targeted phone and email campaigns to stimulate engagement and secure bookings.

• Drive participation and conduct follow-ups for events that automotiveMastermind attends, sponsors, or organizes.

• Work alongside marketing teams and utilize marketing leads, Salesforce, and SalesLoft to pinpoint engaged contacts and dealers.

• Establish a monthly outreach schedule that aligns with team KPI standards.

• Monitor and report on bookings, outreach speed, and the quality and conversion rates of marketing leads for sales opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within a solution services company in the auto industry or SaaS environment; this experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Capability to build professional relationships and collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams.

• Highly driven and goal-oriented, possessing a hunter mentality.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information effectively to senior management and executives both internally and externally as needed.

• Proficient in managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

• Ability to perform under pressure, adhere to deadlines, and make decisions with minimal oversight.

• Innovative self-starter with the discipline to work independently and think critically.
