📋 Description

• Assist a Senior Sales Executive with daily interactions involving prospective healthcare clients.

• Initiate contact with existing and potential customers.

• Support follow-up activities that lead to new business opportunities.

• Organize conference calls and meetings for the VP of Sales.

• Cultivate a robust understanding of the healthcare sector.

• Conduct research on potential prospects.

• Collaborate with the Vice President of Sales to formulate strategic outreach plans.

• Reach out to prospects via cold calls and emails to arrange meetings and conference calls.

• Identify and target ED Medical Directors, CMOs, and other healthcare executives.

• Engage with prospective customers through email and phone communication.

• Meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly scheduling objectives.

• Prepare background materials and conduct market research for sales meetings.

• Oversee post-sales meeting follow-up and assist with the onboarding of new customers.

• Maintain an internal database to track key performance metrics and sales and marketing activities.

• Manage scheduling, logistics, and administrative tasks for the VP of Sales.

• Handle special projects as required.

• Work collaboratively with the Sales Team, Director of Sales Operations, Product Team, and Marketing.

• Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience.

• Experience in customer service.

• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

• Background in sales or fundraising.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass goals.

• Proficient in communication via email and phone.

• Capacity to navigate challenges or obstacles as they arise.

• Strong attention to detail.
