Sales Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Identify, research, and connect with potential customers using a multi-channel outbound strategy (email, phone, social selling).

• Assess leads against the Ideal Customer Profile to guarantee a high-quality transition to the Account Executive team.

• Understand the value proposition thoroughly to effectively convey how Huzzle addresses specific challenges faced by prospects.

• Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to enhance outreach messaging and strategy.

• Keep detailed records of activities and prospect information within the CRM system.

• Guide junior SDRs by sharing best practices and effective prospecting techniques.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a Sales Development Representative, ideally in a B2B or SaaS setting.

• Must reside in or around Durham, UK, and be able to work efficiently in a remote environment.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with an innate ability to foster relationships.

• A self-driven hunter mentality with a proven track record of achieving or surpassing quotas.

• Excellent organizational abilities and capability to manage a substantial volume of outbound activities.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.

• Experience in a "Senior" or "Lead" SDR role.

• Strong familiarity with the local North East business environment.

• Experience utilizing advanced sales intelligence tools for building lead lists.
