This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

• Develop and oversee high-volume outbound email campaigns, aimed at approximately 1,000 new leads each month.

• Take full ownership of multi-part email sequences from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of every step.

• Address replies within agreed-upon timeframes and pass warm leads to the sales team.

• Evaluate and categorize leads based on sales team criteria.

• Construct and enhance target lists, initially collaborating with the manager and later working independently within the first few months.

• Experiment with new ideal customer profiles (ICPs), industry verticals, and messaging strategies, reporting on conversion success.

• Monitor and report on funnel metrics such as open rates, positive reply rates, and scheduled meetings.

• Ensure the accuracy of CRM activity and pipeline data.

• A minimum of 3 years experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales capacity.

• Proven track record of high-volume outbound efforts, including specific campaigns, metrics, and outcomes.

• Strong understanding of funnel metrics, such as open rates, positive reply rates, and meeting conversion rates.

• Excellent written English skills for creating clear and natural outbound messaging.

• Ability to work autonomously with minimal daily guidance after the initial weeks.

• Comfortable navigating uncertainty and creating processes where none currently exist.

• Availability during the hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

• Experience in selling services or custom software is advantageous.

• Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.

• Skills in AI-assisted research and web scraping are a bonus.
