This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture trustworthy relationships with primary and specialty physicians, medical personnel, referral coordinators, and various stakeholders across Virginia.

• Perform both inbound and outbound outreach to promote awareness of Expressable's clinical methodology.

• Oversee provider accounts as the primary contact for inquiries, referrals, client updates, and new initiatives.

• Implement monthly, quarterly, and annual regional sales strategies to achieve targets.

• Educate new referral partners regarding the care model.

• Schedule meetings with internal leadership to facilitate referrals.

• Keep precise records of sales activities and account information.

• Utilize marketing materials and clinical resources to bolster sales efforts.

• Travel frequently throughout the Virginia territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in healthcare technology, virtual health services, pharmaceuticals, or related medical fields.

• A consultative selling approach.

• Comfort and enthusiasm in a quota-driven setting.

• Proficient in Salesforce or another CRM system.

• Skilled in using Google Suite and Slack.

• Must reside in Virginia.

• Experience in generating provider referrals is preferred.

• Familiarity with speech-language therapy practices is preferred.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

• Must reside within the United States.
