📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Partnerships team, Account Executives, and other SDRs to establish a robust sales pipeline of new clients.

• Aim to surpass quarterly sales goals.

• Work together with cross-functional teams, particularly Sales Operations and Sales Engineers, to enhance sales efficiency.

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements within the ASR sector, competitor landscape, and Deepgram offerings.

• Clearly communicate Deepgram’s value proposition.

• Conduct research on companies to discover new applications for speech recognition and potential market opportunities.

• Advocate for Deepgram’s mission to CTOs, VPs of Product, and CEOs.

• Generate sales opportunities and drive acquisition of new customers and revenue.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role within the SaaS industry.

• Previous experience in sales of a technical product.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Empathetic with the ability to grasp customer needs.

• Excellent capability to prioritize complex outreach schedules and handle frequent interactions.

• Experience in prospecting companies that match an ideal customer profile and understanding their business needs.

• Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in previous roles.

• Ability to quickly adapt to new AI models and methods, integrate AI into workflows, and continuously explore AI functionalities.
