📋 Description

• Execute extensive cold and warm outreach to enhance brand recognition and secure meetings with decision-makers in facilities.

• Manage and convert incoming leads across various channels including web, phone, fax, and chat.

• Create and oversee targeted audience lists utilizing both internal and external databases alongside market insights.

• Attain a strong understanding of general dentistry, senior care, and Enable Dental’s unique value proposition.

• Relay benefits, industry news, insurance updates, and related information to potential patients and existing facilities.

• Employ sales and marketing technology to record activities, manage follow-ups, and monitor performance metrics.

• Achieve and surpass targets for outbound efforts, qualified meetings, new facility development, and patient acquisition.

• Maintain high ethical standards in interactions with customers and patients, in accordance with Enable Dental’s core values.

• Collaborate with field-based Community Relations Managers to broaden outreach and ensure excellent care.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in inside sales or sales development.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• A demonstrated history of driving engagement, influencing key decision-makers, and effectively selling over the phone.

• Outstanding active listening abilities to identify pain points and align them with appropriate solutions.

• A competitive, customer-centric approach paired with a consistently positive demeanor.

• Strong operational discipline, organizational capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively with field teams and colleagues across all levels of the organization.

• Familiarity with or experience in selling within the dental, healthcare, or senior care sectors is advantageous.
