Manager I, Sales Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee SDRs in achieving their objectives and performance goals

• Track lead processes and metrics to foster pipeline development

• Design and execute the SDR strategy and operational processes

• Keep updated on and guide SDRs regarding best practices

• Mentor the team and represent the ServiceTitan organization

• Present operational and financial KPIs to senior leadership

• Inspire, motivate, and acknowledge team members' contributions

• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members effectively

• Hold weekly one-on-one meetings with each SDR

• Assess new technologies and programs to enhance performance

• Develop and implement ServiceTitan’s outbound sales strategy

• Assist with cold calls, cold emails, direct mail, and innovative follow-ups to engage service contractors

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as an SDR/BDR with relevant team lead or management experience

• Strong preference for candidates with 2+ years of SDR management experience

• Experience with outbound-specific cold calling

• Demonstrated success in managing a high-performing inside sales team

• Solid understanding of outbound pipeline generation processes

• Energetic and enthusiastic demeanor

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Strong interpersonal skills combined with high emotional intelligence

• Analytical mindset capable of generating reports and spotting data trends

• Skilled in adopting and implementing new sales enablement technologies

• Proficiency in Salesforce.com is required

• Experience with Salesloft and related tech stack solutions is highly preferred
