This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.
• Act as a founding member of the SDR team.
• Assist in designing sales-development tools, playbooks, outreach standards, messaging, and lead qualification.
• Create top-of-funnel pipeline through both inbound and outbound prospecting efforts.
• Research and connect with prospects via email, phone, social media, and video.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Demand Generation, RevOps, and Account Executives.
• Develop messaging, lead scoring, and ABM-style campaigns specifically for enterprise prospects.
• Consult with prospects to identify pain points and articulate the value of Dovetail’s AI-first insights platform.
• Utilize HubSpot, Clay, Mixmax, Sales Navigator, and Dovetail to customize outreach and enhance conversions.
• Document repeatable processes and conduct A/B testing on messaging.
• Share insights to boost response rates, conversion, and overall productivity.
• Qualify leads and schedule high-quality meetings for Account Executives.
• Provide contextual insights to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Represent Dovetail’s brand with empathy, professionalism, and curiosity.
• Meet monthly targets for pipeline generation and meeting creation.
• Build partnerships across marketing, RevOps, and AE teams.
• 1–3 years of experience as an SDR or BDR in B2B SaaS, particularly in early-stage or scale-up companies, or targeting product, design, or research personas.
• Knowledge of mid-market and enterprise purchasing decisions and complex account mapping.
• Demonstrated success in personalized outreach through email, phone, social media, and video.
• Experience with trigger-based campaigns and innovative touchpoints.
• Proficiency with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Familiarity with prospecting tools like Sales Navigator, Clay, or Apollo.
• Experience with sequence builders such as Mixmax or Outreach.
• Ability to leverage data, track KPIs, and optimize workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity, proactive problem-solving, experimentation, and feedback loops.
• Genuine interest in research, product development, and design.
• Candidates must reside in California, Texas, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, Arizona, New York, or Florida.
• Candidates are expected to have already integrated AI into their daily work practices.
