Sales Development Representative – Ads Placements

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute targeted outbound outreach through cold calling, tailored email campaigns, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads and secure advertising sponsors.

• Deliver and pitch personalized advertising packages within UENI’s digital ecosystem, including newsletters, platform dashboard, and transactional emails.

• Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial lead generation and outreach to negotiation, contracting, and closing.

• Consistently achieve and surpass monthly revenue targets by securing strategic advertising partners.

• Successfully close a minimum of 1 deal per month, generating a guaranteed revenue of at least $5,000.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in outbound B2B sales, media/advertising sales, or business development.

• Outstanding pitching, communication, and negotiation abilities with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets.

• Highly disciplined and adept at working in a remote environment.

• Motivated by financial success and unlimited targets.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for effective engagement with brand decision-makers.
