Sales Development Manager I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee SDRs in alignment with objectives and performance benchmarks

• Track lead processes and metrics to facilitate pipeline development

• Design and execute the SDR strategy and related processes

• Remain updated on industry best practices and coach SDRs accordingly

• Guide the team and represent the ServiceTitan organization

• Present operational and financial KPIs to upper management

• Inspire, reward, and acknowledge team members

• Recruit, interview, and onboard new staff

• Hold weekly one-on-one meetings with each SDR

• Assess new technologies and programs to enhance performance

• Assist in the implementation of ServiceTitan’s outbound sales strategy

• Build and nurture the outbound SDR team

⛳️ Requirements

• Direct experience as an SDR/BDR

• Relevant experience in team leadership or management

• Strong preference for at least 2 years of SDR management experience

• Experience with outbound cold calling

• Proven success in managing a high-performing inside sales team

• Solid understanding of outbound pipeline generation processes

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with high emotional intelligence

• Analytical mindset comfortable with generating reports and spotting data trends

• Skilled in adopting and implementing new sales enablement technologies

• Proficiency in Salesforce.com is mandatory

• Experience with Salesloft and related technology stack solutions is highly preferred
