Mid-Level SDR Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage in proactive prospecting through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and various other channels to identify qualified leads and convert them into meetings.

• Build and sustain a current and effectively managed lead pipeline, ensuring that meetings are conducted.

• Evaluate leads based on established criteria and refer qualified opportunities to the sales team.

• Comprehend the needs and challenges faced by potential customers and articulate how the solution provides value.

• Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate the transition of qualified leads into the sales process.

• Utilize systems and tools to monitor activities and maintain precise records of interactions.

• Keep abreast of trends in the dental industry along with the features and benefits of the software.

• Occasionally present team metrics during OKR meetings.

• Assist in the creation of OKRs as part of the commercial team.

• Document best practices and insights in Confluence.

• Analyze metrics on a daily basis to pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Participate in immersion sessions, sales coaching, forecast meetings, process development, and training.

• Proficient in Google Sheets.

• Prior experience in sales, specifically with SaaS software.

• Experience in customer service.

• Knowledge of CRM systems.

• Familiarity with the Google ecosystem, everyday technologies, and digital tools in general.
