This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Take charge of building the SDR list by utilizing the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to identify Salesforce accounts and new prospects.
• Analyze and enhance account lists to ensure SDRs target the most suitable accounts.
• Oversee the quarterly assignment of new accounts.
• Assess SDR prospecting initiatives and suggest channels for reduction or expansion.
• Develop and maintain efficiency reports for SDRs focusing on core funnel metrics.
• Manage SDR capacity modeling, reporting on lead/account volume and cold outreach capability.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to SDR Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Provide daily technical support for tools including Orum, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and UserGems.
• Handle user provisioning and de-provisioning, password resets, and issue troubleshooting.
• Create UserGems audiences and campaigns that integrate with Outreach sequences.
• Convert SDR business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with Business Operations.
• Identify gaps in data and enrichment in partnership with Business Operations and Marketing Operations.
• Promote workflow efficiencies for the SDR team.
• A minimum of 2 years in revenue operations, sales operations, or sales development operations within a B2B SaaS context.
• Previous experience in SDR or sales roles is advantageous.
• Practical experience with Salesforce and a sales engagement platform like Outreach, Salesloft, or similar is required.
• Familiarity with dialing tools such as Orum or comparable platforms.
• Experience with enrichment/signal tools such as ZoomInfo, UserGems, Clay, or similar.
• Strong skills in reporting and analysis.
• Capability to generate manager-facing funnel-metric reports and articulate findings.
• A service-oriented approach for daily user support and troubleshooting.
• Ability to translate business objectives into precise technical requirements.
• Possess a systems-thinking mindset and a high level of ownership.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to ensure SDR processes remain in sync with Sales operations.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM tools, APIs, webhooks, or automation platforms like Zapier, Make, Workato, or coding knowledge is a plus.
