This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and various other channels.
• Perform company research prior to outreach to ensure discussions are relevant.
• Qualify and respond to inbound leads generated from the website, campaigns, and referrals.
• Arrange qualified discovery calls and demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Persistently follow up with prospects.
• Cultivate relationships with older leads and pinpoint opportunities for reactivation.
• Maintain precise records of CRM activities, contacts, opportunities, and notes.
• Aim towards achieving weekly and monthly activity and qualified meeting targets.
• Provide feedback from prospects to enhance messaging and marketing strategies.
• Assist with social media initiatives, website updates, customer satisfaction surveys, sales campaigns, webinars, events, collateral, partner programs, and other special projects.
• Gain experience in sales development, lead generation, marketing, customer experience, and sales operations.
• This is an entry-level position.
• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to quickly learn and maintain organization.
• Must be able to handle rejection in a professional manner.
• Demonstrated ability to follow through and consistently strive towards goals.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Proficient with technology and eager to learn CRM, sales engagement, marketing, and communication tools.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work without constant oversight.
• Experience in customer service, inside sales, business development, marketing, hospitality, retail, recruiting, or relationship-building is appreciated.
• Travel is required less than 10% of the time.
• Must be eligible to work in an hourly, non-exempt role.
