This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Facilitate the expansion of myClinicalExchange and Clinical Readiness offerings
• Support Academic Coordinators at educational institutions with order forms, fundamental setup forms, IT and Security evaluations, and payment options to enable student access to clinical rotations
• Oversee the Academic Case Queue
• Act as a point of contact for straightforward Academic Coordinator inquiries, user advice, and basic training
• Identify opportunities to promote the Clinical Student Edition portfolio and direct SQLs to the HigherEd Solution Executive
• Locate hospitals outside the mCE community that could benefit from membership and direct SQLs to the relevant mCE Solution Executive
• Comply with HealthStream security policies, procedures, and assigned training programs
• Process order forms for current academic clients adding mCE programs
• Engage in team meetings and huddles
• Collaborate with the sales team and DND Business Development Representative to ensure initiatives remain aligned with sales, marketing, and product management
• Coordinate with product and marketing teams on webinars, demo site tools, and product update discussions with Account Management teams
• Ensure effective use of the Consensus demo tool in collaboration with product management and marketing
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by management
• Associate degree in business or in a clinical field
• 2-5 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Teams
• Experience in the role of an Academic Coordinator is preferred
• Knowledge of the diverse responsibilities of an Academic Coordinator
• Strong communication skills to hold customers mutually accountable for fulfilling necessary tasks for students to participate in clinical rotations
• Capacity to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, results-driven setting
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
