This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Assist sales teams and address customer inquiries through collaboration with customer service, implementation, pricing, transportation, merchandising, supply chain, and other departments.
• Document and finalize follow-up actions from customer meetings and planning sessions.
• Engage in team meetings and provide insights on ongoing initiatives.
• Manage customer requests for dispensers, brewers, water, non-stock items, and special orders.
• Track inventory availability and liaise with buyers regarding customer backorders.
• Work directly with vendors to gather pricing, availability, product details, and labels.
• Develop customer shopping lists and oversee account support activities.
• Utilize Salesforce for reporting, activity monitoring, and customer support documentation.
• Support 15–20 sales representatives concurrently while juggling multiple priorities.
• Assist with reporting, onboarding, transfers, meeting organization, accounts payable processing, and office support tasks.
• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in a support or customer service role, or a combination of education and experience.
• Previous sales support experience is preferred, especially in a distributed environment.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Capacity to self-direct and demonstrate initiative.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
• Comfortable working within a hybrid support model catering to distributed sales teams.
• Strong process-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic business setting.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in supporting business-to-business sales organizations is preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas, are preferred.
• Experience in reporting and data analysis is preferred.
• Familiarity with customer account management processes is preferred.
