This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prepare, evaluate, and oversee the contract negotiation process to guarantee clarity, precision, and adherence to legal standards.
• Utilize CLM software for the management of contracts, automation of workflows, and generation of reports.
• Oversee contract renewals, modifications, and terminations while keeping track of critical deadlines and responsibilities.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and other business units to ensure contracts fulfill organizational requirements.
• Evaluate contract risks and develop strategies to reduce potential liabilities.
• Maintain precise records of contracts, including terms and amendments within contract management systems.
• Build and uphold relationships with vendors, clients, and partners to facilitate the execution of contracts.
• Ensure adherence to contract governance, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Address contract-related disputes and challenges.
• Provide training and support on contract processes and best practices.
• Analyze and report on contract data to aid in strategic decision-making.
• Act as a subject matter expert and project leader for significant projects.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is necessary.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to efficiently manage multiple contracts while ensuring compliance.
• Knowledge of financial implications in contract structuring.
• Experience in contract management and data analysis.
• Willingness to travel and attend meetings and conferences across Red Cross locations.
• Preferred experience in sales contract management within a healthcare environment.
