This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Cultivate targeted regional and local integrator accounts while executing account plans to enhance discretionary business growth.
• Establish connections with security consultants and electrical engineers to apply business development strategies.
• Provide consultation and training to integrator partners regarding product and solution applications.
• Collaborate with integrators to uncover new revenue and margin opportunities.
• Implement strategic selling techniques within integrator organizations.
• Facilitate discussions and training sessions.
• Coordinate business development efforts with Allegion channel partners, PACS partners, and wholesalers.
• Offer advice on electronic access control specifications and their implementation in Division 28.
• Educate wholesale employees about product and solution applications.
• Create and execute local wholesale account plans.
• Work with team members to identify and deliver leads to integrator partners.
• Generate leads through collaboration and the Allegion Security Integrator Member program.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal sales, marketing, engineering, customer, technical services, and operations teams.
• Supply market intelligence, product and solution insights, feedback, and recommendations to marketing teams.
• Act as the electronic access control solution expert for pre-sale system design.
• Conduct business and account planning, joint sales calls and presentations, site surveys, pilot installations, product training, and trade shows.
• Utilize CRM for sales reporting and tracking sales activities.
• Stay informed of Allegion policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure compliance.
• A minimum of 2 years of sales experience or 5 years in the access control industry is preferred.
• High School Diploma is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Possess technical knowledge and a fundamental understanding of hardwired and wireless access control components and systems.
• Data-driven with the ability to track and present results effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Capable of learning industry-specific software such as Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently with multiple stakeholders involved.
• Proven ability to motivate partners at scale and cultivate strategic relationships.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Candidates must reside within the territory to engage with customers.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
