• Support candidates seeking postgraduate education opportunities.

• Showcase available course options.

• Coordinate interview schedules.

• Revise recommendations in alignment with the candidate’s profile.

• Address inquiries regarding necessary documentation, fees, curriculum, class commencement dates, and course formats.

• Deliver customer service across multiple channels.

• Share insights about the educational institution and its key differentiators.

• Assist candidates throughout the enrollment journey.

• Prior experience in customer service is essential.

• Strong communication skills, empathy, and a proactive approach.

• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.

• Necessary home-office equipment: laptop or desktop computer equipped with a webcam.

• A wired internet connection is mandatory.

• A headset is required.

• An appropriate work environment is essential.

• High school diploma is a must.

• Preferred: Currently enrolled in or holding a higher education degree.

• Preferred: Experience within the education sector.

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience is required.
