This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Expand and nurture the Foot & Ankle healthcare professional client base within the designated Hawaiian Islands region.
• Showcase, demonstrate, and ensure the effective use of DePuy Synthes products.
• Cultivate new business opportunities and support ongoing business within the Foot & Ankle product line.
• Partner with the Regional Sales Manager on business planning, targeting, and market strategies.
• Market Foot & Ankle products to new accounts while boosting sales among existing clients.
• Provide education to surgeons and hospital staff regarding the correct application of products.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Assist surgeons, DPMs, and operating room teams during surgical procedures.
• Conduct field visits, provide on-call assistance, and offer consultation in operating/emergency rooms as necessary.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to enhance the Foot & Ankle business.
• Oversee sales equipment and promotional materials.
• Ensure prompt delivery of products to surgical locations.
• Meet business plan objectives and sales targets/quotas.
• Perform administrative tasks and ensure accurate customer invoicing.
• Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, company policies, and compliance procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 2 years of experience; alternatively, an Associate’s degree and/or Certified Surgical Technician with 6 years of relevant experience; or Recently Transitioned Active Duty Military.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field; military experience is also taken into account.
• Capability to work in a laboratory/operating room setting.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, technical proficiency, negotiation, persuasion, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and business insight skills.
• Self-driven with outstanding relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Competence in navigating a matrix and team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license issued in the United States.
• Willingness to travel as required.
