This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• Provide support to clients across the Hawaiian Islands, including inter-island travel.
• Expand and cultivate the Foot & Ankle healthcare professional customer base within the designated area.
• Present and demonstrate DePuy Synthes products, ensuring their proper use.
• Foster new business opportunities while supporting existing accounts within the Foot & Ankle portfolio.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager on strategic business planning and market targeting.
• Sell Foot & Ankle products to new clients while enhancing sales with current customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital personnel on the correct usage of products.
• Build and maintain clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Offer support to surgeons, residents, and operating-room staff during surgical procedures.
• Conduct field visits, provide on-call assistance, and participate in operating/emergency room consultations.
• Partner with Trauma colleagues to expand the Foot & Ankle business.
• Manage sales equipment and promotional materials effectively.
• Ensure prompt delivery of products to surgery locations.
• Meet business plan goals and sales targets.
• Complete administrative tasks and process customer invoices accurately.
• Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, company policies, procedures, and healthcare compliance standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 2 years of experience, or an Associate’s degree and/or Certified Surgical Technician with 6 years of related experience, or recently transitioned Active Duty Military.
• A minimum of 3 years in sales, account management, or a related field; military experience will be considered.
• Capability to operate in a lab/operating room setting.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and technical knowledge in a hospital environment.
• Skills in negotiation, influencing, strategic thinking, problem solving, and business acumen.
• Self-motivated individual with strong relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in working within matrix and team frameworks.
• Valid driver’s license issued in the United States.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Reside in or be open to relocating to the specified territory.
