Sales Consultant, Field Sales, Agricultural, Municipal and Commercial Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In your role as a Field Sales Consultant, you serve as a knowledgeable advisor for our clients in agricultural, municipal, and commercial technology.

• You are responsible for the professional sales of our extensive product range within your designated sales territory.

• With creativity and dedication, you cultivate and sustain customer relationships.

• Through your persuasive communication skills, you attract new customers for BayWa and contribute to strengthening our market position.

• You create customized offers for our clients and take the initiative to follow up and manage them effectively.

• You consistently track market trends and competitor activities, considering these factors while working closely with your colleagues to achieve your sales objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a technical and/or commercial qualification, preferably with a specialization in agricultural technology.

• Previous experience in selling agricultural, municipal, or commercial equipment is advantageous.

• You hold a Class B driving license and are skilled in MS Office applications.

• As a Field Sales Consultant, you are proactive and impress our clients with your personality.

• You enthusiastically promote our premium product range.

• You are a natural salesperson who welcomes performance assessments based on your results.

• You take pleasure in organizing and structuring your workday independently.
