This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Deliver a welcoming, courteous, and empathetic service to prospective students, emphasizing the provision of an exceptional customer experience.
• Utilize consultative sales techniques, incorporating methods such as SPIN Selling along with urgency and scarcity tactics to enhance conversion rates.
• Communicate effectively and persuasively, both verbally and in writing, to foster strong relationships with leads.
• Oversee and prioritize the opportunity pipeline, strategically monitoring deals and tasks.
• Accurately document all interactions and information related to leads in management systems and the CRM.
• Conduct contact attempts in accordance with the established sales funnel workflow and stages.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of current courses, campaigns, commercial terms, and discount policies.
• Remain informed about market dynamics, competitors, and trends within the education sector.
• Manage the full application, negotiation, and enrollment process for candidates.
• Achieve productivity, service quality, and sales conversion objectives.
• Collaborate within the Commercial department, specifically in the Student Acquisition and Relationship Management division, alongside Marketing, Customer Service, and Commercial Operations.
• Currently enrolled in or have completed a bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in consultative sales, customer service, or Inside Sales.
• Understanding of sales and negotiation techniques.
• Familiarity with the SPIN Selling methodology is advantageous.
• Experience with CRM systems and managing sales funnels.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and skills in managing lead pipelines.
• Results-driven mentality focused on achieving targets.
• Proactive, with a sense of urgency and a strong emphasis on customer experience.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic setting with productivity and quality expectations.
• Availability to work from Tuesday to Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturdays from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
