πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Precisely compute commissions, spiffs, and variable compensation bonuses for sales teams based on defined performance metrics and objectives.

β€’ Ensure prompt and accurate disbursements in accordance with sales compensation plans.

β€’ Develop and oversee incentive compensation strategies for sales and various roles.

β€’ Manage the Commissions Inbox, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

β€’ Execute intricate compensation data analyses and deliver insights and recommendations.

β€’ Prepare and present comprehensive reports on the outcomes and effectiveness of incentive compensation.

β€’ Partner with sales leadership to establish and enhance performance metrics and objectives.

β€’ Calculate and evaluate On-Target Earnings, Committed Target Earnings, and run rates.

β€’ Ensure that incentive compensation programs adhere to applicable laws and company policies.

β€’ Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Sales, Legal, and other departments.

β€’ Utilize compensation management systems, PowerBI, and an ICM solution.

β€’ Develop modeling analytics and IC programming for sales incentives; propose system improvements.

β€’ Engage in annual sales incentive compensation planning, design, and modeling.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ At least 5 years of experience in compensation analysis, design, and administration, particularly focusing on incentive compensation.

β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for interpreting complex data and converting it into actionable insights.

β€’ Expertise in data analysis and reporting, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerBI.

β€’ Required experience with ICM/SPM software, preferably Xactly.

β€’ Proficient in SQL: Candidates must showcase the capability to write SQL queries for ICM Systems, enhance database performance, and manage data transformations for analytical purposes.

β€’ Familiarity with compensation laws, regulations, and best practices.

β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.

β€’ Proven ability to manage projects and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

β€’ Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
