This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee sales compensation initiatives, encompassing commission calculations, validations, and distributions.
• Examine and reconcile compensation information to ensure precision and compliance.
• Address inquiries from sales associates regarding commission payments, calculations, and details of the compensation plan.
• Investigate and rectify any discrepancies related to compensation.
• Generate monthly reports and statements, which include compensation summaries, payroll support documentation, balance sheets, and profit and loss statements.
• Collaborate with payroll, finance, and sales leadership to facilitate accurate compensation processing.
• Work with software vendors and internal technology teams to uphold the functionality and data integrity of the compensation system.
• Assist with audits, reporting requests, and activities related to compliance.
• Maintain thorough documentation of compensation processes, procedures, and controls.
• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements to boost operational efficiency.
• Support special projects and other compensation-related initiatives as assigned.
• At least 1 year of experience in administrative, technical, operations, or business support roles.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales compensation, accounting, finance, payroll, or a similar field.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with advanced skills in Excel.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive compensation information.
• Enthusiasm for contributing to an organization dedicated to enhancing consumer experiences.
• Self-provided internet service with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
