This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Accurately calculate and document monthly commission payments and SPIFFs in a timely manner.
• Utilize Google Sheets-based models and Xactly Incent for processing commissions.
• Oversee the processing of Leave of Absence and manage commissions for the SDR team.
• Log, monitor, and address Sales Compensation inquiries via shared mailboxes and Slack channels while adhering to SLAs.
• Cultivate expertise in sales compensation policies, Xactly, and reporting tools.
• Implement platform updates and set up Xactly for sales hierarchies, plan rules, rate tables, and quotas.
• Conduct audits to ensure data integrity between Xactly Incent and commission plan documents.
• Administer Plan Documents and Management By Objectives (MBOs).
• Distribute, monitor, and report on commission plan acceptance.
• Manage the Global Sales Roster and Master File.
• Execute BCM data pulls.
• Retrieve and analyze data using Google Sheets, Excel, Salesforce.com, Tableau, and other BI platforms.
• Collaborate with People, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Payroll teams regarding personnel changes in Xactly Incent.
• Leverage AI tools and modern technologies to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Provide analytical support and conduct ad-hoc research for variable pay projects.
• Work rotating shifts: US hours during the first half of the month and EMEA hours during the latter half.
• Occasionally extend hours during quarter-close periods and heightened Q1 workload.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales compensation and analysis.
• Strong understanding of sales incentive compensation concepts, sales data tracking processes, and methodologies.
• Practical experience with the Xactly Incent platform and Salesforce.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft Office.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent verbal, analytical, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to tackle ambiguous problems, ask pertinent questions, and deliver results under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with outstanding organizational skills and a positive, “can-do” attitude.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional, cross-departmental, and virtual teams.
• Ability to work rotating shift schedules supporting both US and EMEA hours.
• Must complete identity and employment eligibility verification.
