This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Serve as a prominent and knowledgeable Cardo ambassador within the French market.
• Collaborate with the Country Manager, as well as sales and marketing teams, to establish monthly objectives and support local initiatives.
• Regularly visit dealers and retail partners to train their teams, showcase new products, and ensure effective brand representation.
• Cultivate relationships with dealers, distributors, industry communities, and other stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and onboard new trade partners to expand the reseller network.
• Assist partners with product displays, stock availability, ordering, and inventory management.
• Address dealer and distributor requirements, engage internal resources, and convert opportunities into sales.
• Identify pertinent events and rides, creating an annual activation calendar.
• Represent Cardo at trade shows, product launches, and other significant occasions.
• Establish connections with influential figures and motorcycle industry communities to enhance brand visibility.
• Collect feedback from dealers and riders, sharing insights with the broader organization.
• Keep track of competing brands, products, and market trends.
• Maintain and adapt French-language training materials.
• Assist Customer Support with occasional inquiries from end-users via phone or email.
• Review activities, goals, and progress with the Country Manager for France.
• Minimum of five years of experience in brand management, channel development, dealer management, or a similar field-based commercial role.
• Demonstrated experience in developing the French market and managing sales channels.
• Experience with a global consumer electronics brand is a significant advantage.
• Established relationships with motorcycle dealerships, accessory retailers, or pertinent industry communities are highly regarded.
• Proficiency in both French and English.
• Possession of a valid car driving license.
• Active and experienced motorcycle rider with a valid motorcycle license and personal bike.
• Reside in the Paris region.
• Willingness to travel throughout France for approximately 50% of the time.
• Interest in skiing or snowboarding is a plus.
