This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of GS1 UPC/GTIN creation for unit, inner, and case configurations.
• Oversee SKU master data and product specification documentation.
• Complete new-item submissions and manage product information across various retailer platforms and systems such as Syndigo, 1WorldSync, and RIVIR.
• Collaborate with Sales and eCommerce teams on item setup and product data needs for key retail partners.
• Handle operational aspects for shippers, displays, club packs, retailer-specific packs, promotional packs, and any other packaging modifications.
• Manage GTIN creation, item setup, label copy coordination, and artwork routing for the launch of new products.
• Organize and keep updated spec sheets, samples, retailer forms, and supporting documents for Sales and broker partners.
• Maintain libraries for artwork, dielines, and claims with proper version control.
• Track pack changes in Asana and provide insights into open items, responsible parties, and their statuses.
• Work in partnership with Sales, eCommerce, Creative, Supply Chain, and Project Management to ensure product and packaging information is precise and launches proceed on schedule.
• Assist in product and retail launches alongside the Senior Project Manager.
• 3-4+ years of experience in brand operations, marketing operations, retail operations, product data management, CPG, or a similar field.
• Proficient in handling product or item data, including SKU details, product specifications, UPCs, or GTINs.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage large volumes of product information.
• Experience in supporting workflows for packaging, artwork, labels, or product changes.
• Strong organizational capabilities and adeptness in managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Creative, Supply Chain, eCommerce, or Operations teams.
• Excellent written communication and follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with project management and tracking tools like Asana.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple products, retailer requests, and packaging alterations happening simultaneously.
• Background in GS1 and experience in creating or managing UPCs and GTINs.
• Knowledge of retailer item setup and data management portals such as Syndigo, 1WorldSync, or RIVIR.
• Understanding of major retailer requirements for companies like Target, Walmart, Kroger, Sam’s Club, Costco, or Amazon.
• Experience in coordinating artwork routing, dielines, proofs, packaging changes, or print production processes.
• Background in supporting both DTC and retail channels.
