This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Assist the Head of Brand Engagement in overseeing the global brand strategy for WWF.
β’ Aid in upholding brand standards, which include visual and verbal identity guidelines, as well as maintaining the library, templates, and assets for WWF International and its network offices.
β’ Support the development and implementation of the brand narrative evolution throughout the network.
β’ Offer guidance and best practices to WWF Country Offices and Network Offices regarding brand partnerships, while identifying opportunities for regional collaborations.
β’ Manage relationships with pertinent agencies; coordinate brand-related research and monitor brand KPIs.
β’ Assist in global campaigns and partnerships that improve brand visibility and engagement.
β’ Contribute to the creation and execution of the global strategy, ensuring it aligns with WWF brand values and facilitates effective communication across the network.
β’ Collaborate with the Head of Brand Engagement to empower WWF offices in adopting and leading Earth Hour through clear guidance, streamlined access to evergreen assets, and a self-service model.
β’ Work alongside internal brand, communications, corporate engagement, and legal teams, as well as external agencies, suppliers, and partners.
β’ A minimum of seven years of relevant professional experience in communications, brand or marketing communication, or related fields.
β’ A degree in communications, marketing, corporate communications, or a related discipline.
β’ Proven experience managing cross-functional communications and brand projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables in an international context.
β’ Experience in creating compelling digital content, which includes copywriting, visual assets, and presentations.
β’ Capability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
β’ Must be articulate, proactive, creative, passionate, flexible, and tenacious.
β’ Absolute discretion, tact, diplomacy, and strong relationship-building skills are essential.
β’ Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English β proficiency in other languages is a plus.
β’ Experience in human rights and environmental issues is advantageous.
β’ Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
