This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the commercialization and management of a specialty psychiatric therapies portfolio in the United States.
• Establish strategic direction, performance goals, and lifecycle management for pharmaceutical brands.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment among marketing, sales, medical, market access, and operations teams.
• Create and implement integrated business plans to achieve P&L objectives.
• Manage pre- and post-launch commercialization duties and P&L accountability.
• Guide global lifecycle management, portfolio strategy, and launch planning for pipeline products.
• Formulate go-to-market models, account value propositions, evidence requirements, omnichannel initiatives, and cross-functional investments.
• Design and execute the customer engagement model for TSND-201 and the forthcoming specialty portfolio.
• Direct commercialization strategy and competitive market positioning for TSND-201.
• Develop commercial strategies and infrastructure for a specialty psychiatric portfolio.
• Supervise HCP, provider account, consumer, and site-of-care marketing efforts.
• Spearhead HCP marketing initiatives, including field promotion, digital and non-personal promotion, speaker programs, KOL and professional engagement, and congress strategies.
• Direct consumer marketing efforts, including patient and caregiver awareness, education, engagement, and direct-to-consumer initiatives.
• Establish value propositions and marketing strategies for sites of care, IDNs, and provider accounts.
• Manage net sales forecasts, promotional mix optimization, budget planning, portfolio valuation, and investment alignment.
• Supervise TSND-201 launch execution and coordinated cross-functional readiness plans.
• Lead and cultivate HCP, provider account, and consumer franchise directors/marketers.
• Leverage market research, analytics, and competitive intelligence to inform strategy and tactics.
• Collaborate with market access, sales, medical, clinical development, communications, finance, commercial operations, and senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• MBA is preferred.
• Over 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercialization.
• Robust background in CNS, neurology, psychiatry, and/or related therapeutic areas and commercial models.
• Experience with provider and site-of-care account marketing, practice economics and reimbursement, specialty buy and bill, operational workflows, and support services for complex high-touch therapeutics.
• Familiarity with a portfolio of related or integrated products is preferred.
• Proven leadership in brand and portfolio strategy, launch planning, and lifecycle management, including assets with multiple indications.
• Capability to collaborate with R&D and Medical Affairs on integrated evidence strategies and plans.
• Experience in leading HCP and consumer marketing teams.
• Expertise in developing clinical, economic, and operational value propositions for provider accounts and site-of-care marketing strategies.
• Experience managing complex brands involving REMS, specialty distribution, buy and bill, new healthcare delivery models, and integration into clinical workflows.
• Strong preference for experience in market access, sales, and/or commercial operations.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with R&D, Medical, and Global colleagues.
• Proficiency in omnichannel marketing, including digital, non-personal promotion (NPP), and traditional engagement strategies.
• Financial literacy, including budget management, marketing ROI optimization, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Leadership ability and experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
• Experience working in a matrixed environment and managing multiple priorities along with complex brand challenges.
