• Identify and qualify potential opportunities, engage with key decision-makers, and establish a robust sales pipeline (SDR / Pre-sales)

• Negotiate effectively, foster value-driven relationships, and secure new business (Closer / Sales Executive)

• Guide and cultivate high-performing teams, track funnel metrics, and implement growth strategies (Leadership / Commercial Management)

• Engage in registration processes, behavioral assessments, cultural fit evaluations, and hiring procedures when appropriate
