📋 Description

• Participate in comprehensive paid training and obtain insurance licensing.

• Assist engaged users throughout the insurance buying journey.

• Support customers in comparing over 55 insurance providers to find an affordable plan.

• Address customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions.

• Finalize the insurance policies for customers.

• Provide exceptional, service-oriented customer experiences with a focus on hospitality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in retail or service industries, including experience in settings like Apple Store, Chick-fil-A, Trader Joe’s, or Costco.

• A customer-service-driven mindset with an emphasis on outstanding hospitality.

• Self-driven and comfortable working in a remote environment.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, technology-centric setting while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Must successfully pass the insurance licensing exam to legally sell insurance.

• Current residency in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia is required for the full-time hourly role.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.

• Must indicate whether visa sponsorship is necessary.

• P&C license status must be provided in the application.
