📋 Description

• Complete paid training and obtain insurance licensing.

• Guide engaged users through the process of purchasing insurance.

• Assist customers in comparing offerings from over 55 insurance companies.

• Listen to customer concerns and deliver appropriate solutions.

• Help customers finalize their insurance policies.

• Provide exceptional hospitality and outstanding customer experiences.

• Manage multiple tasks utilizing company-provided tools and technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in retail or service, particularly with experience at leading retailers or service providers.

• Friendly, diligent, ambitious, and highly focused on service.

• Capable of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Self-motivated and comfortable with remote work.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment while managing multiple tasks.

• Must successfully complete the insurance licensing exam to legally sell insurance.

• Must currently reside in an eligible location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

• Full-time hourly employees are required to reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• A question regarding the P&C license application is included in the application process.
