📋 Description

• Complete paid training and obtain insurance licensing.

• Assist engaged users throughout the insurance purchasing journey.

• Aid customers in comparing over 55 insurance providers to find a budget-friendly option.

• Address customer concerns and offer effective solutions.

• Support customers in finalizing and securing their insurance policies.

• Deliver a highly welcoming and customer-centric experience.

• Manage inbound leads exclusively; no cold calling involved.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in retail or service; experience with leading retailers or service firms is preferred.

• Strong customer service and hospitality focus.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Ability to excel in a dynamic, tech-driven environment while managing multiple tasks.

• Must pass the insurance licensing examination to lawfully sell insurance.

• Current residency in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA is required for this full-time hourly position.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must specify if visa sponsorship is needed.

• Valid P&C license status is requested during the application process.
