This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge and expertise regarding Benjamin Moore's products, programs, and services.
• Gain insights into all facets of the paint and coatings industry by collaborating with professionals in R&D, Marketing, Sales Operations, Manufacturing & Distribution, Color and Design, and retail.
• Participate in both internal and external training sessions focused on products and sales.
• Engage in market-wide selling initiatives and professional networking opportunities.
• Apply paints and coatings to various surfaces while diagnosing and resolving product performance challenges.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the mission and values of Benjamin Moore.
• Take on Territory Representative responsibilities following onboarding and the demonstration of proficiency.
• Assist Territory Representatives in achieving sales targets by reaching out to lower-volume customers to promote products and programs.
• Cover designated territories in the region during vacations and both short- and long-term leave periods.
• Oversee temporarily assigned territories, including scheduling, organization, and management of CRM/enterprise systems.
• Drive sales growth, enhance profitability, and capitalize on sales opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through a consultative, customer-focused approach.
• Develop expertise for customers through technical knowledge, business insight, and engagement.
• Foster new business relationships alongside seasoned Territory Representatives.
• Contribute to architectural and industrial product training, sales blitzes, promotional campaigns, and other assigned responsibilities.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and listening communication abilities.
• Strong relationship management and team collaboration skills.
• Friendly, extroverted, confident, and enthusiastic demeanor.

• Proven passion for customer service and solution creation.

• Proficient in computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to learn the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
• Strong work ethic with a dedication to career development.
• Open to relocating within a specified region and to the assigned territory once the Sales Associate program concludes.
• Availability for up to 80% travel, including occasional overnight trips.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• A four-year college degree is preferred, or a combination of four years of college and relevant customer-facing work experience.
