This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, guide, and nurture 4 Regional Business Directors and their respective regional teams (approximately 8 sales representatives per region) across half of the nation, ensuring the effective implementation of the national sales strategy.
• Take ownership of sales performance, forecasting, and strategic business planning for the Area, in alignment with National expectations and the SVP of Sales.
• Foster significant and ongoing Key Opinion Leader (KOL) development and engagement, establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with top KOLs throughout the Area to facilitate business growth and support Yutrepia's expansion.
• Dedicate 30-50% of time in the field collaborating with customers, RBDs, and sales representatives, exemplifying best-in-class selling and coaching practices.
• Act as the vital link between key customers, KOLs, and other Liquidia executives, including Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Marketing.
• Collaborate with the SVP of Sales on national strategy, providing insights from an Area-level perspective regarding market dynamics, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
• Establish and maintain effective communication and collaboration with all cross-functional stakeholders within the Liquidia commercial organization.
• Engage in new hire training, launch meetings, National/POA sales meetings, and the ongoing training and development of RBDs and their teams.
• Create and execute Area business plans while managing the Area’s budget in accordance with Regional and National expectations.
• Retain necessary clinical and technical knowledge to accurately respond to inquiries about products, marketing, policies, and business-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, policies, and processes.
• Carry out other job-related responsibilities as dictated by business requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Over 15 years of commercial experience, including sales, marketing, market access, and/or sales training.
• More than 5 years of experience in Cardiology, Pulmonary, or rare disease sales.
• At least 3 years of experience in building, leading, and developing sales leaders (managing managers) is preferred.
• Established relationships with PAH-HCP and KOLs are strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional results at scale and fostering the development of others, including sales leaders, to reach their potential.
• Experience with product launches is highly preferred.
• Background in formally coaching sales managers/directors in the field.
• Experience in developing and implementing Area or multi-region business plans.
• Experience in creating and leading sales training and National sales meetings.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple regions and priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in generating insights from analytics, including interpreting reports and conducting analyses from CRM and Excel.
• Familiarity with Specialty Pharmacy distributed therapies is preferred.
• Experience in strategizing within cross-functional teams and senior leadership, utilizing unique resources to achieve business objectives.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (30-50% field-based) throughout a multi-region Area.
