This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.
• Take full ownership of the sales and marketing funnel, from lead generation to signed contracts and client acquisition.
• Design and implement the overarching sales and marketing strategy in alignment with business growth goals.
• Evaluate current sales and marketing processes and introduce enhancements.
• Create scalable lead generation systems utilizing SEO, outbound sales, partnerships, referrals, paid acquisition, and content marketing.
• Enhance lead qualification, sales methodologies, pipeline management, and conversion rates.
• Drive strategic sales initiatives and capitalize on high-value opportunities.
• Recruit, nurture, and manage high-achieving Sales and Marketing teams.
• Oversee departmental budgets, hiring strategies, resource allocation, and channel investments.
• Define KPIs, performance metrics, and establish reporting systems.
• Track pipeline health, lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, revenue forecasts, and overall commercial performance.
• Provide performance updates, strategic insights, and revenue projections to Company Leadership.
• Work in collaboration with the Service Department and cross-functional stakeholders on client expectations, onboarding, and success.
• Identify market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and avenues for growth.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, ecommerce advancements, and innovative marketing strategies.
• Develop scalable procedures, documentation, and operational frameworks.
• Engage in leadership meetings and contribute to the overall company strategy.
• Report directly to Company Leadership.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leading Sales, Marketing, or Revenue functions with direct responsibility for commercial outcomes.
• Proven track record in building, scaling, and guiding high-performing Sales and Marketing teams.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth while establishing scalable commercial systems and processes.
• Considerable experience in a digital marketing agency or SaaS company catering to ecommerce businesses (mandatory).
• Proven ability to generate qualified leads through SEO, outbound sales, partnerships, referrals, content marketing, and other growth strategies.
• Strong sales background with a history of successfully closing new business and managing high-value sales opportunities.
• Comprehensive understanding of sales pipeline management, lead qualification, conversion optimization, and revenue forecasting.
• Excellent analytical abilities and the capacity to make data-informed decisions.
• Experience in overseeing departmental budgets, hiring, resource planning, and operational performance.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people management skills necessary for building high-performing remote teams.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational abilities, accountability, responsiveness, and the capability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote setting.
• Must be available and responsive from Monday to Friday between 3-6 PM BCN time.
• Required to consistently work 30-35 hours per week (approximately 140 hours monthly).
• Must have a reliable internet connection and an appropriate laptop or desktop computer for virtual meetings.
• Willingness to both give and receive constructive feedback.
• Uncapped performance-based commission linked to closed revenue.
• Full salary for the first two months during the trial and adaptation period.
• Regular performance evaluations every 9-12 months, with the first review occurring after 3-6 months.
• Fully remote role with a flexible work schedule.
