Chief Marketing Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Formulate marketing strategies, positioning, and growth plans for each firm.

• Transform strategy into actionable campaigns and initiatives.

• Take ownership of and analyze leads, customer acquisition cost, cost per lead, conversion rates, and return on investment.

• Mentor business owners on marketing performance and the subsequent steps to take.

• Link marketing efforts to revenue generation, profitability, and overall business growth.

• Collaborate directly with owners as their trusted marketing advisor.

• Manage a portfolio of small law firms while HTM supplies clients, systems, and support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a CMO, Fractional CMO, VP, Head, or Director of Marketing.

• Extensive experience working closely with business owners or founders.

• Background with businesses generating between $500K and $25M in revenue.

• Strong strategic marketing capabilities paired with execution skills.

• Proficient in managing marketing budgets and evaluating performance metrics.

• Ability to articulate marketing metrics in easily understandable terms.

• Excellent coaching, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

• Experience as a fractional CMO or consultant is appreciated.

• Must reside in one of the eligible states: AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, WA.

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• This is a full-time, exclusive role; it cannot be combined with outside consulting or other employment.
