This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the strategy and performance for HCP omnichannel engagement spanning paid media, CRM, web, and digital activation within the Obesity and Related Conditions organization.
• Construct a seamless customer experience for both contacted and non-contacted HCP audiences utilizing data, technology, content, and analytics.
• Create and implement integrated HCP omnichannel strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels.
• Develop unique engagement methodologies and interconnected customer journeys.
• Enhance personalization, orchestration, and AI-driven engagement capabilities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Medical, and Commercial teams.
• Direct the HCP paid media strategy, planning, and optimization efforts.
• Assess channel performance, investment distribution, and audience strategies.
• Set up measurement frameworks and foster performance-oriented decision-making.
• Lead HCP CRM strategy, including segmentation, journey design, and personalization.
• Establish customer lifecycle programs aimed at boosting engagement and adoption.
• Oversee the vision and roadmap for HCP web properties, portals, and digital experiences.
• Enhance customer experiences through analytics, testing, and ongoing improvements.
• Advocate for modern marketing practices, innovative technologies, and AI-enabled operational methods.
• Build and nurture a high-performing omnichannel marketing team.
• Mentor and guide senior professionals across various teams and departments.
• Define project timelines and responsibilities while being accountable for results.
• Direct resource allocation and cultivate relationships across departments, countries, and functions.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Doctorate degree with 4 years of marketing or relevant experience, Master's degree with 7 years of marketing or relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 9 years of marketing or relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge in omnichannel marketing, CRM, digital engagement, media, and customer journey strategy.
• Proven track record in leading digital transformation and commercial growth initiatives.
• Experience in managing substantial media investments and engagement programs.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to build teams and instigate organizational change.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, especially in cross-functional and matrix environments.
• Experience in product launches, preferably within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Background in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries.
