This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.
β’ Take ownership and lead the comprehensive Sales and Marketing revenue-generation function.
β’ Develop, implement, and refine sales and marketing strategies that align with business growth goals.
β’ Manage the entire funnel from the initial client interaction and lead generation to signed contracts and new client acquisition.
β’ Evaluate current operations, identify inefficiencies, and execute improvements.
β’ Create scalable lead-generation systems across various channels including SEO, outbound sales, partnerships, referrals, paid acquisition, and content marketing.
β’ Enhance lead qualification, sales processes, pipeline management, and conversion rates.
β’ Personally spearhead strategic sales initiatives and high-value opportunities during the initial rebuild phase.
β’ Recruit, nurture, and lead high-performing Sales and Marketing teams.
β’ Oversee departmental budgets, hiring plans, resource allocation, and channel investment decisions.
β’ Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting systems.
β’ Monitor pipeline health, lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, revenue forecasting, and overall commercial performance.
β’ Present performance reports, strategic recommendations, and revenue forecasts to Company Leadership.
β’ Collaborate with the Service Department and cross-functional stakeholders on client expectations, onboarding, and long-term client success.
β’ Identify market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and growth initiatives.
β’ Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, ecommerce developments, and emerging marketing strategies.
β’ Develop scalable processes, documentation, and operational frameworks.
β’ Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, continuous improvement, and commercial excellence.
β’ Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to the company strategy.
β’ Support other departments with commercial insights and strategic initiatives.
β’ Report directly to Company Leadership.
β’ Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Sales, Marketing, or Revenue functions with direct accountability for commercial results.
β’ Proven track record in building, scaling, and leading high-performing Sales and Marketing teams.
β’ Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth while developing scalable commercial systems and processes.
β’ Significant experience in a digital marketing agency or SaaS company catering to ecommerce businesses (required).
β’ Proven success in generating qualified leads through SEO, outbound sales, partnerships, referrals, content marketing, and other growth initiatives.
β’ Strong sales acumen with a successful history of closing new business and managing high-value sales opportunities.
β’ Excellent understanding of sales pipeline management, lead qualification, conversion optimization, and revenue forecasting.
β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret commercial data and make data-driven decisions.
β’ Experience managing departmental budgets, hiring, resource planning, and operational performance.
β’ Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people management skills for developing high-performing remote teams.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
β’ Strong organizational skills, accountability, responsiveness, and ability to meet deadlines.
β’ Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
β’ Experience in selling retention marketing services such as Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, or UGC services is a significant advantage.
β’ Familiarity with Klaviyo, ecommerce marketing technology, and the broader ecommerce ecosystem is highly desirable.
β’ Existing relationships or networks within the ecommerce or DTC industry are a strong advantage.
β’ Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
β’ Availability and responsiveness during office hours, Mondays to Fridays between 3β6 PM BCN time.
β’ Ability to consistently work 30β35 hours per week (approximately 140 hours per month).
β’ A stable internet connection and a laptop or desktop computer capable of attending virtual meetings.
β’ Willingness to receive constructive feedback and provide effective coaching and feedback to team members.
β’ Fixed-rate monthly salary paid in USD.
β’ Uncapped performance-based commission linked to closed revenue.
β’ First two months compensated at full rate during the trial-and-adaptation period.
β’ Regular performance reviews every 9β12 months, with the first review occurring after 3β6 months.
β’ Fully remote position offering a flexible work schedule.
