This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Assist management with Sales Operations matters for both internal and external Direct to Consumer Sales, Member Retention, and Broker Support call center teams.
• Organize resources to aid leadership in enhancing sales performance, agent experience, and member experience.
• Collaborate with teams responsible for overseeing DTC Sales, Member Retention, and Broker Support call centers.
• Establish automated sales performance reporting to promote transparency and accountability.
• Facilitate agent onboarding for system access, state licensing, and appointments.
• Create, maintain, and distribute reports concerning operational disciplines and agent behavior influencing agent efficiency.
• Document and formulate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Individual Dental Sales Operations.
• Coordinate with Quality and Compliance to guarantee a premier consumer experience.
• Analyze trends in sales and retention KPIs and monitor progress towards organizational objectives.
• Assess internal or external challenges and propose solutions and best practices.
• Collaborate with Individual Dental Operations teams to boost efficiency and improve both customer and agent experiences.
• BA/BS in business, communications, health care, or demonstrated related experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in call center Sales Operations or a similar role.
• Strong background in process improvement and experience in documenting SOPs.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the health insurance sector, including regulations and guidelines.
• Good grasp of call center technology, terminology, and the working environment.
• Experience in identifying gaps in call center technology, sourcing solutions, and implementing them effectively.
• Ability to build consensus among internal and external stakeholders.
• Capability to navigate a complex and swiftly changing regulatory landscape.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and Microsoft Outlook skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in multitasking and managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Willingness to travel 5% to 15%.
• If working remotely, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed is mandatory.
