
Sales and Business Development β Nonwoven

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Formulate and implement business development strategies targeting industrial and specialty nonwoven sectors
β’ Identify, assess, and pursue potential customers, applications, and revenue possibilities
β’ Establish and nurture a robust pipeline of new business prospects
β’ Cultivate and enhance relationships with OEMs, Tier suppliers, engineers, purchasing teams, and key decision-makers
β’ Oversee and expand strategic customer accounts while pinpointing opportunities for increased revenue and market share
β’ Drive customer opportunities from the initial concept and RFQ through to product development, testing, launch, and commercialization
β’ Collaborate closely with Engineering, R&D, Operations, Quality, and Manufacturing to create solutions that fulfill customer needs
β’ Identify areas where engineered nonwoven materials can substitute or enhance traditional materials
β’ Conduct customer visits, business assessments, technical meetings, audits, and presentations
β’ Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and emerging applications
β’ Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events
β’ Ensure that new programs are delivered on time, meet customer expectations, and achieve targeted profitability
β’ Over 7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or technical sales
β’ Direct experience in the nonwovens, textiles, engineered materials, filtration, insulation, composites, or similar industries
β’ Proven track record in developing new business and expanding strategic customer accounts
β’ Experience collaborating with OEMs and/or industrial clients
β’ Proficient in managing RFQs, customer specifications, product development, trials, testing, and new program launches
β’ Strong skills in project management, negotiation, presentation, and communication
β’ Capability to work effectively across sales, engineering, R&D, operations, and quality teams
β’ Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations and industry events
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Textiles, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
β’ A solid understanding of nonwoven materials, applications, and manufacturing processes is preferred
β’ Experience in appliance, filtration, acoustical, insulation, industrial, transportation, building & construction, or specialty materials markets is strongly preferred
