Sales and Account Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the Sales and Account Services team by performing data entry tasks across various internal systems, including Salesforce and OnRamp.

• Provide administrative assistance in the development of proposals.

• Oversee deadlines and track progress among teams to guarantee timely project delivery.

• Offer support in contract organization, management, and setup.

• Engage with brokers, prospects, and clients effectively.

• Assist the Sales and Marketing, Account Executive, and Sales Operations teams as required.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a coordinator role.

• Must be willing to share your camera during virtual meetings.

• Professional background in the healthcare insurance and healthcare sector.

• Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment.

• Possess an analytical mindset.

• Capable of working autonomously and remotely.

• Highly organized and dependable.

• Strong problem-solving skills along with excellent communication abilities.

• Outstanding presentation and listening skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

• Experience using Macbook and Google Suite platforms.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and Atlassian systems.

• Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer daily.

• Repetitive use of fingers, hands, elbows, and arms for tasks such as typing, reaching, grasping, and writing.

• Capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and transport 5–30 pounds on occasion.

• Sufficient hearing and speaking ability to engage in conversations with individuals or groups both in person and via telephone.

• Visual acuity adequate to read and create printed materials as well as interpret information displayed on a computer screen.
