This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Assist the Global Commercial Operations team
• Oversee the auditing, validation, and research of territory alignment across enterprise commercial teams
• Examine extensive datasets to pinpoint alignment issues, data inconsistencies, business impacts, and opportunities for process enhancement
• Develop and improve Excel-based tools, auditing processes, and reporting techniques
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Compensation, and other stakeholders to assess territory modifications and aid decision-making
• Generate regular reports and analyses that convey findings, risks, trends, and recommendations to commercial leadership
• Facilitate territory planning and upkeep for a customer hierarchy consisting of over 23,000 accounts
• Conduct business requirements gathering and perform voice-of-customer assessments
• Supervise data quality and propose solutions to enhance reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and governance
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of pertinent experience in sales operations, business analysis, commercial operations, finance, reporting, analytics, or a related field
• Intermediate expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and analysis of large datasets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting information to business stakeholders
• For degrees obtained outside of the United States, a qualification that meets the criteria of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hiring and throughout employment; U.S. work authorization sponsorship is available solely for Principal-level positions and higher
