This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Assist Global Commercial Operations while collaborating with commercial leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Oversee territory alignment auditing, validation, and research throughout enterprise commercial teams.
• Examine extensive datasets to pinpoint alignment issues, discrepancies, business impacts, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Sustain and enhance Excel-based tools, audit processes, and reporting methodologies.
• Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Compensation, and other stakeholders regarding territory modifications and business decisions.
• Generate regular reports and analyses that communicate findings, risks, trends, and recommendations to commercial leadership.
• Assist in territory planning and maintenance for a customer hierarchy encompassing over 23,000 accounts.
• Conduct business requirements gathering and voice-of-customer analysis.
• Supervise data quality and propose solutions to enhance reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and governance.
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales operations, business analysis, commercial operations, finance, reporting, analytics, or a related business function.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and analysis of large datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with the aptitude to present information to business stakeholders.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
• Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not available below the Principal level.
• Preferred: experience in analyzing business data and converting findings into actionable commercial insights.
• Preferred: experience with meticulous, process-driven tasks that require accuracy and quality control.
• Preferred: experience in territory alignment, territory management, sales operations, customer hierarchy management, or sales compensation.
• Preferred: experience using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, or similar applications.
• Preferred: understanding of field sales organizations, sales performance metrics, forecasting, and commercial reporting.
• Preferred: experience in gathering business requirements and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
• Preferred: experience handling large customer, account, or commercial datasets within a regulated or matrixed organization.
