Sales Analyst Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support to Sales, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Success departments.

• Conduct sales analytics and reporting tasks to enhance the performance management of the sales team.

• Oversee all phases of the subscription renewal process, which includes notifying customers, generating quotes, and finalizing renewal opportunities.

• Collaborate with renewal overlays to offer strategic support for revenue retention initiatives.

• Advocate for process enhancements for both new and established procedures.

• Validate and investigate sales-related activities to ensure high data integrity.

• Establish collaborative relationships across the organization to align Sales Operations with the teams it supports.

• Assist in the collection and analysis of sales data to boost overall sales productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business or a related discipline.

• Proficient in using Excel, Word, Google Docs, and other technical tools.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities, evidenced by roles in community, school, or other organizations.

• Professional, engaging, and energetic demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Capability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.

• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to follow-through are essential.

• Experience with Excel, Word, and Google Docs is required.

• Minimal travel expected.

• Reliable internet connection necessary for remote work periods outside of a Workiva office.

• Availability for 15–20 hours per week maximum during Spring 2027 internships.
