This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist Account Executives by conducting customer research, preparing for meetings, creating presentations, and providing follow-up support.
• Create account briefs and background documentation for high-level customer and executive meetings.
• Prepare and organize customer proposals, pricing documents, business cases, presentations, and deal paperwork.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely progress of opportunities.
• Monitor customer follow-ups, action items, and internal commitments until resolution.
• Organize and maintain sales collateral, product resources, FAQs, competitive intelligence, and internal documentation.
• Work alongside Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and other departments to ensure sales materials are accurate and up-to-date.
• Create sales playbooks, best practices, templates, and training resources.
• Assist with onboarding new hires, product training, and continuous sales education.
• Support sales meetings, account evaluations, leadership conversations, and team projects.
• Monitor key priorities, strategic opportunities, and cross-departmental initiatives with Sales leadership.
• Enhance the sharing of information, materials, and resources within the sales team.
• Assist with special projects and initiatives in the Sales department.
• Identify repetitive tasks that can be standardized, automated, delegated, or eliminated.
• Develop and manage repeatable go-to-market workflows across CRM, AI tools, internal data sources, and document successful processes for wider implementation.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement, sales support, business operations, account management, consulting, financial services, or a similar field.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to distill complex or incomplete information into clear, professional materials.
• Comfortable collaborating directly with Account Executives, Sales leadership, and senior executives.
• Strong judgment and discretion when dealing with customer and commercial information.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs with minimal guidance.
• Willingness to take ownership of projects and see them through to completion.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Cursor agents, Claude, and ChatGPT.
• Knowledge of CRM and data enrichment tools like HubSpot, Clay, and Apollo.
• Comfortable working with pipeline data, SQL or BI tools, and sales metrics.
• Understanding of buying signals such as funding events, hiring trends, regulatory changes, product launches, and competitive dynamics.
• Preferred: experience supporting enterprise or B2B sales organizations.
• Preferred: background in fintech, financial services, brokerage, SaaS, or another technically intricate sector.
• Preferred: experience in creating customer presentations, proposals, account briefs, or sales enablement resources.
• Preferred: ability to grasp technical products and convert them into clear, commercially relevant materials.
• Preferred: experience supporting complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
